Camping with the grankids

Tate Anthony and Taylor F. on a camping trip with maw maw and paw paw Gonzales. It is the first time we ever take them and it was wonderful.  Those two just are so close.  We took pictures of the wild flowers along the entrance road into the park.

This is Taylor trying to bait his fishing line.  It takes such concentration.  He is so tiny that he almost rolls into
a little ball.  He is serious about fishing so we did not disturb him.

Tate likes to climb trees and this one is made just for that.  It was along the lake where we had gone walking and I could not resist taking his picture up there.  Thats what boys do.

What one does the other must join in.  They love sharing anyway so I was delighted with the pose.  They found all kinds of ways to entertain themselves and us.

What fine looking young men.  Tate to the left and Taylor to the right.  They were waiting to go to the lake and swim.  They are so cute , you got to love them.

Here I am with three grandsons.  Tate, Taylor and Daylon .  Sam Jr. joined us for the weekend .  It was great all being together.  I love doing things with the kids and this campground was perfect.  This place actually closed after this trip.  What a loss.

This is just to precious.  Tate and Taylor helping  Sam walk into the lake.  The little fish would nibble on Sam's feet and  legs and he could not keep his balance.  He likes to be able to see into the water.  the kids were gentle though.

This was a trip to the zoo in Baton Rouge.  I much prefer this zoo than the one in New Orleans.  the kids had a wonderful time.  Travis and Renee were with us.

My First Blog Attempt

This is my very first time I am trying this. I am a grandma and not really very co,\mputer savy but I do enjoy learning neew things. I have always wanted a place that I could keep a record of family events and stories. I hope that this meets my expectations. I also hope that I can learn a lot and share a lot with friends and family.
